Delta Air Lines Ticketing Level Reconfiguration

Delta Air Lines was in the midst of figuring out how to rearrange all their ticketing stations, when they called ECH in to help. We managed and designed a series of remodels including replacing existing ticket counters and scales, as well as the baggage handling and check-in kiosks in the main terminal of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Delta relied on ECH to provide future ticketing service designs along with ideas to re-configure the bag-check process. We also crafted concepts to remove the current ATO space and optimize flow-through between the concourse and esplanades. Once again, we were able to bring our expertise to deliver a branded, customer-focused experience to millions of airline travelers.
