When Quiznos was preparing to take over an existing space in the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport food court, they called on ECH for the conceptual design development and construction documents. The space was almost as tight as the deadline. In four short months, we redesigned the 1,340 square-foot space. Despite a tight, L-shaped footprint, ECH was able to not only meet Quiznos corporate design and brand standards, we were also able to include a new serving line and back-of-house facilities with new equipment and utilities. It was a tasty challenge we enjoyed overcoming.
