Seattle’s Best Coffee

Concession’s International needed to completely renovate three existing food and beverage stores in the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, including a brand-new Seattle’s Best Coffee. They approached us to lead the effort. Not only did we design a new storefront for the coffee retailer, we also redesigned all the serving areas, including casework, countertops, flooring, wall finishes, signage, and line equipment and utilities. We also completed significant back-of-house improvements (provisioning for food prep, wash, refrigeration, and storage), along with substantial infrastructure improvements (new mechanical air handling units at the roof penthouse). The project was completed on time and on budget—and has well served the high volume of passengers that pass through every day.
